How do i not "fall in love" with every girl i flirt with?

if there is an attractive girl and i have a good conversation with her and build up a friendship i ALWAYS get "infatuated" or over think them in my head, its so annoying. i fall in love or whatever to easy and takes forever to break it off, i even try to tell myself they dont like me and it doesnt work at all. so what should i do beside ignore every girl i see, because i REALLY wish that i dont fall in love at all until i really meet someone special.
