What is turnout supposed to be like in NC among blacks and youth?

We know who they're for, but will they vote? Blacks were 92% in PA and OH, but kind of let Obama down by not showing up at the polls in as large as expected numbers. The Youth were supposed to "rock the vote" for John Kerry 4 years ago, but as usual, never showed up. There's no question, the demographics support Obama, but I have a feeling, this is something NC polls aren't reflecting.
