Is "experience" really a good thing?

It is a good thing. This country leaves a 'battle' diary of the current President for the following President which provides a very significant 'experince' point for the following president. But while Experience is a good thing, it is far, far less important that intelligence, broad back ground, prove ability to manage a staggering numer of people employed by the Federal Government.... on and one.
