My ovacue fertility monitor says "call Zetek"...has anyone had this on theirs?

Im wondering why my ovacue monitor says "call zetek". I am about cd 17..and It doesnt say that I ovulated yet this cycle. I went ahead and did the bd for the slippery wcm. My hurt now..for about 4 days. Its kind of hel to call, as I work when they are open. Anyone have this come up on their monitor?
