Would it be funny if a Florida judge rules Casey Anthony cannot benefit monetary from her case?

While she was not convicted of murder she was convicted of lying to police which are misdemeanors. So the claim that she was entirely innocent was a notion. Florida has a law that a defendant cannot benefit from certain crimes and I don't know if the misdeamanors is one but it would be funny if she made alot of money and then the Center for Missing and Exploited Children got 90% of it.
