Does anyone care if McCain is elected, he could be the first President who was a POW?

The U.S. has a history of Presidents who were war heroes, but none of them were ever captured by any enemy. McCain will be the first. Though it is certain he is not a "Manchurian Candidate", is there a concern for anyone?
