Does Anyone Know The Name Of This Old Horror Film?

unfortunatly i dont remember too much about it, back when i was very little (early 90's) i remember my mum and dad watching a horror movie, all i really remember about the movie was that it was night time and some mist came in through a window and went into a teddy bear, the bears eyes then started to glow red and it started to grow claws, thats all i got to see before my mum covered my eyes. i have been dying to get my hands on this movie ever since out of curiousity.
