How is Ashley Olsen involved with Heath Ledger's death?

Last I heard she was asking for immunity before answering questions so that means she either got him the drugs that inevitably led to his death OR she knows how he got them. Either way, her askign for immunity and refusing to talk until she gets it only makes her look very guilty.
