Is my friend hygiene obsessed? How do I get her to stop/cut down on being obsessed?

So my friend has this current 'obsession' with sanitising herself EVERYTIME SHE SNEEZES AND COUGH. And she totally FLIPPED OUT when she lost her sanitiser a few days back. She kept whining and 'holding in her cough' cause when she coughs, she'll have to sanitise cause she'll feel very 'Germy' . She didn't use to be this way. It only started when her asthma acted up because of the haze. She started having these coughing fits and sneezes and that's when she started to sanitise herself like MAD. Recently it has gotten worse [the sanitising] and I'm worried about her.
