Is there a summer that Brett Favre has never held hostage?

First he was done for sure 100%, then he was "itching" to come back, then it was almost certain he was coming back, then we were just waiting for the announcement, then he says he will decide by a certain time, now he isn't sure.....I would pay someone to throw a hot knife at his bicep to make this decision easier.
