Plagiarizing, MLA?

Be very careful that you cite everything. My daughter's university board have accused her of plagiarising because they though some of her phraseology looked familiar although they couldn't provided a source (Mainly because there wasn't one, it was her own work) but their attitudes was 'Guilty even though we can't prove it unless you can prove your innocence.
