What are the restrictions on the holy name Mohammed/Muhammad?

So you give your child that name and then wait to see what happens when someone says they have a picture of him... or that he did something. And Muslims all over would keep doing the 'blessing be upon him' every time they said his name...it must get exhausting. It seems every third Mexican guy is a Jesus and it causes no problems at all because they pronounce it so differently. I guess there might be a non offensive/confusing option
