I need help on a title of a movie I've seen when I was a kid ...?

The movie was about a young girl whose tongue has been cut by the king and his husband is being torture with rats and a lare pendulum that will cut your body to half...And I think the king likes the young girl but the girl was married or if i remember it right she was accused of being a witch.. I think its a clic movie in the medieval period or dark ages or era of witches... i need help... if someone knows the title pls let me know... thanks in advance..
