Mothers: how can I prevent my single, menopausal mother from experiencing EMPTY NEST SYNDROME?

you mother will have to conquer this feeling by herself !! How lovely of you to think about trying to help her but you can't !! One thing you can do is show her all her efforts weren't in vain while she was raising you !! Show her how you can become a productive citizen & she'll miss you,, but it wasn't hard for me @ all ,it was life as usual only with less drama after mine moved out !!
