When should I start my baby on juice??? she hates water.?

Shes 8wks old and 12lbs. always wants a bottle. i can barely get her to drink 4ozs of water each day, she hates it. she was born 7lbs spent 10days in nicu came home 6lbs. i just dnt want her to be over weight, she hates the pacifier. HELP???
